The valve body is made of QT700-2 ductile iron, after double aging treatment, the deformation is ≤0.05mm, with excellent impact and vibration resistance. The valve spool is made of 42CrMo alloy steel, surface nitrided, hardness HRC60-63, good wear resistance and anti-seizure performance. The valve sleeve is made of tin bronze with surface hardening treatment, suitable for oil temperature from -30°C to 110°C. Seals are made of fluororubber (FKM), preventing high-pressure leakage and aging. The main relief valve has a response time ≤0.03s, and overload protection accuracy ±0.5MPa.
