Product Description:
1、The upper roller can move vertically.The lower rollers can move horizontally. It has double
functions of pre-bending and roll. And it can finish pre-bending and roll steel plate by feeding once.
2、The three rollers are driving-roller. It can prevent skidding while wolling thin plates and enlarge the rolling scope.
3、The three rollers have brake devices installed while revolving. It can make sure precise position and safe operation while rolling.
4、The upper roller can tilt to one end. And both ends of the upper roller can move up and down at the same time when it's tilted. It is benefit for rolling tapered workpiece.
5、The main driver of the upper driver is supplied by multi-motor. It can reduce occupying area of the equipment because of compact structure.
6、It's controlled by micro-machine and has digital display, simply operation and high efficiency.
7、With reasonable structure and reliable working performance, it is fit for rolling medium and thick steel plates.
