Product Description:
Disc disperser
Dispersing is utilized in secondary fiber processing, the inlet pulp should be dewatered
to a consistency 25~35%. During dispersing high shear force applied to the debris particles to be dispersed, which include ink, toner particles, wax etc. The dispersing system consists of dewatering unit(twin wire press/screw press/inclined screw thickener), plug screw, shredder, preheater and disc disperser. The whole system run with PLC control.
