The type of Pillow Plate
Double Embossed
Double-sided pressure molding, usually used for most applications
Suitable for heating and cooling process, generally, the thickness on both sides plate are the same.
Double Embossed Pillow Double embossed pillow is ideally suited as a heat exchanger for liquids or powders and granules. Due to the laser welding technique, a pillow plate having a relatively low wall thickness can withstand (very high) high working pressures. The high degree of design flexibility also offers many opportunities to achieve the best possible product with the best possible heat transfer. Extremely versatile applications Double embossed pillow plates are used, for example, as cooling technology and as heat exchangers in the food industry. Double embossed pillow blocks are deployed for complete installation, such as drop film water coolers, immersion coolers or ice banks. Double embossed foam board for heating and cooling, the use of a wide range of coolants and heating agents, such as water, steam, ethylene glycol, freon, NH3, CO2 and so on.
Single Embossed
Only single-sided pressure molding, usually used for single-sided plane occasions, such as the tank wall and transport bed, generally, the thickness on both sides plate are different.
The materials can be stainless steel, hastelloy and carbon steel and so on . The different material and thickness can meet different working pressure.
