Hot Foil Stamping Machine Controller for controlling Hot Foil Stamping Machines
Hot Foil Stamper is
a programmable controller intended to control the Hot Foil stamping machines. It can control three motors with independent parameter setting for each like motor speed, acceleration; steps per mm etc are independently configurable.
1. 20x4 alphanumeric LCD for settings and status display.
2. Easy to use menus and smooth navigation.
3. 16-bit controller with 32-bit math for precision.
4. Opto-isolated pulse input for easy connection to external signal.
5. Configurable micro-step settings.
6. Low Jitter pulse train on three motor outputs simultaneously.
7. 40 KHz pulse rate allows use of micro-stepping and still maintaining high motor speed. (For example: 1200 RPM at 10 micro-step or 12000 RPM at full step pulsing).
8. Adjustable maximum speed for motor.
9. Smooth linear acceleration ramps to allow maximum speed from motor without stalling.
10. Adjustable ramping or acceleration rate.
11. Manual jogging function.
12. Adjustable step size, number of steps, jump size.
13. Independent parameters for all the three motors- motor speed, motor acceleration and steps per mm.
14. Works great with our stepper motor drives.
15. Made in India.
