Operational Progress:
Steel-making→→Blanking→→Forging Steel→→Rough Progressing→→Heat Treatment→→Finishing→→Testing
1.Steel-making:High grade material like Cr12Mov, 9SiCr, H13K, 6CrW2Si, LD, SKD11 etc .Electroslag furnaces, which are used to removing impurities, to let the steel much more clean .
2.Blanking:According to production needs, adjust the dimension
3.Forging Steel:All of our products are made from forged steel billet, not from steel plates. Forging is very important for blades and spacers. Inside microstructure of steel material is much closer and grain size is much smaller after forging.So the work-life of our products is much longer than those goods that are made of steel plates.
4.Rough Progressing:Primary products
5.Heat Treatment:Salt-bath furnace and high temperature electric well furnace to make sure the steel with optimum hardness and toughness after heat treatment.
6.Finishing processing:Ground finish with High-precision grinder, the tolerance can be decreased to ±0.002mm-0.003mm(±0.00007 inch-±0.00012inch).
7.Testing:Tolerance, hardness and etc .testing .Spectrometer imported from Germany(It can analyse chemical composition very fast) .
The long shear blades we can make up to 10 meters .Slitter knives up to 1500mm(59.06 inches) in diameter for slitting and edge-trimming lines.And the tolerance is within 0.003mm for rotary knifes.
The materials of shear blades mainly include M2, LD, DC53, D2, H12, H13 with hardness HRC 50-63 for cold shears and HRC45-53 for hot shears depending on the requirements from the clients.We also have kinds of material patents, like HMB, HMK, HMA. They are excellent in high intensity, high hardness, high wear resistance, high toughness and so on.
