of machinery, electronics, watch, plastic, module etc. Its functional YR-T measuring software can realize the functions of all 2D flatness measurements, on the map, profile scanning, special SPC statistics, manual CNC, Macroscopic measurement and so on. Equipped British “Renishaw” probe can do 3D contact measurement.
