Product Description:
KOSO CL-523-TX high-temperature lock valve, also known as the guarantee valve, is an auxiliary component
of the pneumatic unit combination instrument. When the gas source system fails, the guarantee valve can automatically cut off the channels of the adjustment instrument and regulating valve, so that the opening of the regulating valve to ensure that the position of the failure is stopped at the position of the failure, and the process is running normally. After the gas source failure is eliminated, it can automatically restore normal work . Therefore, The Insurance Valve Can Be used as a Security Protection Device in the Automatic Control Loop.
CL-523-TX is the main lock valve. There is no minimum starting pressure. As long as there is pressure, it will move. It can be used in the main air path.
Product Principle:
The preservation valve is the main gas source as the signal pressure. When the signal pressure is lower than that of the air lock valve set the pressure, cut off the internal air path of the inside valve to prevent air flow. The main purpose is to install it on the control valve. When the main gas source pressure of the factory drops to the set pressure due to power outage, leaks and other reasons, automatically close the air path from the positioner to the execution mechanism to maintain the current valve bit.

1. Due to the Small Size and Light Weight of this Product, there is no need to set up a brand, which can be connected to the metal tube.
2. It is Also Sensitive to Small Pressure Differentes Below 0.1kgf/M2.
