Product Description:
用途：主要用于内衣模杯产品及其他产品的定型生产
特点：
(1)
采用四导杆导向，导向精度高，机械稳定性强。
(2) 气缸上行程可调，下行程末段慢下，节省操作时间，和模平稳。
(3) 带隔热棉全封闭结构，模具热量损失少，温度稳定，节省用电量15%。
(4) 内置强力抽烟机，减少车间废气烟味。外置冷却风扇，使定型后的棉杯快速降温，延长棉杯变色周期。
(5) 本公司针对内衣模杯生产开发的特有温度控制系统，运用可控硅移相触发电流控制加热，可使发热更均匀、平稳、省电，节能效果佳，并可延长发热管使用寿命。

(1) It adopts four guide pillars with a high accuracy in guiding and a strong mechanical stability.
(2) The up stroke of the cylinder can be adjusted and the down stroke's end can be got slow. It can save time and match mould steadily.
(3) Equipped with the heat-insulated device, low heat loss of its moulds, stable temperature and electricity can be saved 15%.
(4) Equipped with smoke exhausting devices to exhaust waste smoke, which can be good for working environment. Besides, it is equipped with cooling fans outside, which accelerates cooling moulded bra cups so as to extend discoloring period of moulded bra cups.
(5) To direct at the specific temperature control system in the development of bra cups production, we utilize silicon controlled phase shifting triggering current to control heating. So, it can make the temperature more even and steady with remarkable energy-saving efficiency and it will prolong the heating tube’s service life.
