(5) 左右独立恒温控制以及上下模台双向驱动原理，有效利用整机空间，克服发热不均匀，耗电等缺陷。
(6) 本公司针对内衣模杯生产开发的特有温度控制系统，运用可控硅移相触发电流控制加热，可使发热更均匀、平稳、省电，节能效果佳，并可延长发热管使用寿命。

Function：It is suitable for the molding production of different elastic fabric cups.
Features:
(1) The machine is flexible to change the functions and used in many ways. It is suitable for compressing foam and fabric cups, which makes effective use of the machine itself.
(2) Breaking through the traditional design, it has been adopted guiding poles to fix, equipped with transparent shield and automatic smoke-exhausting device, which is better for operating environment.
(3) The cloth clapping device is steady which can protect the fabric cups from being wrinkled. It is suitable for all kinds of the elastic fabric.
(4) It has automatic adjusting and adapting function, infrared searching lights to location.
(5) Left and right thermostat and upper-and-lower moulds bi-directional driver, which can make good use of the whole space, overcoming the faults such as unevenly heating and electricity-waste.
(6) To direct at the specific temperature control system in the development of bra cups production, we utilize silicon controlled phase shifting triggering current to control heating. So, it can make the temperature more even and steady with remarkable energy-saving efficiency and it will prolong the heating tube’s service life.
