Because the equalizing ring, shaft and the flap can withstand the pressure thrust and other additional external force function, the inflation festival self-absorption intrinsic pressure thrust force, will have the external force to the pipeline, therefore the pipeline support's establishment may simplify. Universal hinged bellows to compensate for any upward angular displacement of the pipe line.
