light weight motor gear box, light duty jacking screws features:
* The smallest on the jacks world markets,
housing sizes 60mm(length) x 50mm(width) x 50mm (height).
* Lifting screw diameter 14mm, pitch 4mm. Input shaft diameter 9mm.
* Two gear ratios, high ratio 1/5, low ratio 1/20.
* Self lock & precisely positioning features, supporting the loads and hold position when static conditions. Must be avoid vibrating loads cause the self lock feature failed.
* Individually or multiple units lifting systems arrangements, accessories includes couplings, connecting shafts, digital position indicators, crank handles, hand wheels, small dc motor or ac motors, cubic protective tubes, bellow boots etc.
* All lifting screw stroke(lift height) is customized, maximum up to 1200mm.
* Upright and Inverted configurations, translating screw design, anti-rotation keyed screw design, lifting nut rotating screw design.
* Crank handle / hand wheel operated, dc motor or small electric motor driven, or both together.
* Lifting screw top ends types: top plate, clevis end, plain end or threaded end.
