Low pressure air compressors are a type of compressor classified by pressure, and the discharge pressure is 1-10MPa. Models are available in piston, membrane, screw and centrifugal compressors.

Low Pressure Air Compressor Design Details
Reasonable design and selection of oil and air separation system
The super-large oil/air tank and oill separation core effectively ensure lower fuel consumption. The oil content of the gas is guaranteed to be below 3PPm.
Reasonable piping system design to reduce pressure loss
The system pipeline diameter is enlarged to reduce local pressure loss and energy loss to a minimum. Increase the oil pump to ensure the internal circulation of lubricating oil under low exhaust pressure.
Touch Screen Controller Introduction
1. Newly developed operation panel, simple and easy to understand it.
2. The energy saving mode and remote operation conversion can be realized on the operation panel directly. Moreover, in the event of an accident, the fault content will be displayed on the display screen, and the fault can be rectified quickly.

How does a low pressure air compressor work?
Oil free low-pressure screw compressor host, also known as a "screw screw" compressor, is a volumetric machine that uses rotary motion. It provides constant flow (volume) and variable pressure. This means that at a given speed (rpm), the AirHorse compressor host always delivers the same amount of air, regardless of pressure change. The AirHorse low pressure screw air compressor mainframe consists of a pair of spiral rotors. A yang rotor with 3 convex leaves and a yin rotor with 5 concave leaves or "grooves", are included in the shell. While maintaining precise alignment through timing, the rotor rotates in the opposite direction. They mesh to form a series of studios between the rotor and the shell wall. The gas is sucked in (sucked in) from the intake side and is trapped between the rotor and housing (radial) and the lid (axial). It is then transported to the shrinking compression side (discharge) of the working chamber and the air is compressed.
