Vane Pump: Such as the sliding vane pump, it has a simple structure and is suitable

Shielded Pump Canned: The motor and pump body are integrated with a sealed design, eliminating the risk of mechanical seal leakage, making it suitable for long-
distance transportation of flammable and explosive media.
Pressure booster pump: Mostly pneumatically driven, it generates high pressure
using compressed air, suitable for filling, pressurization, or small-flow

Explosion-proof performance: The working area is typically an explosive gas

Sealing type: Prioritize leakage-free designs, such as shielded pumps or diaphragm
pumps, to prevent gas leakage caused by mechanical seal failure.
Medium adaptability: The pump body material must be resistant to low temperatures
and corrosion, such as stainless steel or cast iron, considering the low-
temperature and vaporization characteristics of LPG.
Flow and Pressure: Match the appropriate flow range (0.1~100 m³/h) and outlet
pressure (0.6~3.0 MPa) based on actual working conditions (such as unloading, gas
dispenser supply, and tank truck filling).
Application
Gas station: used to draw LPG from underground storage tanks to supply gas to gas
dispensers or for ground unloading.
Chemical plants: transport flammable media such as liquefied gas and butane in
petroleum processing and fine chemicals.
Transport ship: Marine LPG electric deep well pump system, meeting the supporting
needs of transport ships for large flow rates (up to 550 m ³/h).
Filling and bottle filling: Used in conjunction with pneumatic booster pumps or
vane pumps for gas cylinder filling, pouring, and high-pressure gas transportation.
YAB pumps and YQB pumps are both positive displacement vane pumps, mainly used to
transport volatile liquids such as liquid ammonia and liquefied petroleum gas, The working principle of the two pumps is almost the same: by sliding vanes in the
stator surface, a sealed cavity is formed, and the rotor completes the suction and
pressure of the liquid as soon as it rotates. Structurally, it also emphasizes good
sealing and stable pressure, suitable for flammable, explosive or volatile media.
