Main equipments:
This kind of paper machine is made up of forming section,
dryer section, reel section, cleaning section and drive section.
A. Forming section:
It consists of dia 1500mm wove mold and pressure vat. The vat is stainless steel plate welding. And it uses big arc board to size. Behind the arc board is the micro device. The bottom of the box is the stock inlet and the stock outlet.
B. Dryer section:
It consists of dia 2500mm cylinder dryer and gas hood. The gas hood is steel framework.The frame is fashioned iron weld. Equiped with air knife and cleaning knife, dia of 156mm and 165mm guiding roll and dia of 450mm and 500mm touch roll. And the last one, the suction flat box.
C. Reel section:
It is made up of cooling cylinder and frame. And it was equipped with the licking bar, the dancer and the sheet roll adjusting device.
D. Cleaning section:
It was made up of the dia of 300mm and 350mm squeeze roll, the felt beater, the stretcher and the corrector.
E. Drive section:
It was made up of two motors, two speed reducers and big gear.
