Main distribution frame is applicable by various large-capacity programme
controlled switching systems, it is used to connect inside and outside cables, patch cords, to test and protect inner equipments and people’s lives. Suitable for large and small-capacity programme controlled telephone exchanges.
Ambient conditions:
Temperature: +5~+40℃
RH: <85% (+30℃)
Atmospheric pressure: 70~106 kPa
Electrical performance:
(1) Insulation resistance: ≥1000MΩ
(2) Dielectric strength: 1000V/1min without breakdown or arcing
(3) Contact resistance between reeds: ≤7 mΩ; increment of contact resistance after high/low temperature, temperature change and humid heat tests: ≤3mΩ
(4) Contact resistance of termination: ≤3mΩ; increment of contact resistance after high/low temperature, temperature change and humid heat tests: ≤2mΩ
(5) Airtightness: the uncorroded area accounts for more than 50% of the total area
(6) Contact pressure between reeds of the protector and those of protection block: >5N
(7) Pull-out force: >25N
Applicable conducting wires:
Single-strand plastic conducting wires with the core diameter of 0.4 ~0.60mm and the maximum outside diameter of no more than 1.4mm (including the insulating layer)
Plug-pull life: more than 200 times
Fire-retardant performance of plastic parts:
All plastic parts shall be fire retardant with the fire-retardant performance meeting the requirements as stated in YD/T 694-1999, “Main Distribution Frame”
