Metal or plastic magnetic pump for refrigerant
Magnetic pump is mainly composed of pump head (impeller,
pump body), outer magnetic steel (active rotor), inner magnetic steel (passive rotor), and isolation sleeve. The electric motor drives the outer magnet to rotate, and because of the effect of the magnetic field, the inner magnet rotates synchronously. Because the inner magnet and impeller are integrated, the impeller also rotates together with the inner magnet to pump liquid.
A static isolation/spacer sleeve made of corrosion-resistant and high-strength engineering plastics, stainless steel, and other materials is installed between outer magnetic steel or inner magnetic steel. The conveyed medium is enclosed within the isolation sleeve, thus completely solving the problems of running, emitting, dripping, and leaking that cannot be solved by dynamic seals.
The wide application of magnetic pumps in the refrigeration industry
1、 Refrigerant pump
The refrigerant pump is an important component of the refrigeration system, and the magnetic pump can effectively meet the pumping needs of the refrigerant.
