1. Brief Product Introduction:
With the development of automobile industry,
the requirement of tubes used for cars is becoming higher and higher. And the new-style auto tubes are coming out rapidly. Therefore, the requirement of resolving the problems of adhesion between rubber and rubber, rubber and mold is also becoming higher and higher. The mold release agent, produced by our company according to the similar products of Japan and Korea, can resolve the problems of anti-sticking and mold release, etc.
2. Characteristics:
1. The product is a kind of water soluble viscous liquid. With good performance of mold release and lubricant, free of silicone components, and the residue can be cleaned by using water.
2. With good effect of mold formation, it can resolve the adhesion problem between rubber and rubber, rubber and metal mold.
3. With good performance of adhesion, it can increase the times of mold release and increase productivity.
4. Easy to clean. Keep the mold clean when stop the machine.
5. With good compatibility, it can dissolve in silicone oil and oily substances.
6. With broad applicability, it is applicable to various production of rubber raw materials and finished products.
7. With good performance of temperature resistance. The temperature of rubber vulcanization is generally between 130-180℃. At this vulcanization temperature, the product will not appear chemical changes, with completely effect of parting.
3. Packing:
1. Packing in 200kg/drum, 50kg/drum.
