Product Description:
Molybdenum lanthanum alloy plate is used for producing tungsten and molybdenum electrodes, heating elements,
heat shield, sintered boat, folded plate, bottom plate, sputtering target, electronics and crucible for vacuum. La2O3 is contained in molybdenum lanthanum plate to prevent molybdenum grain’s wrong movement and re-crystallization of slow rhythm under high temperature. The usability of molybdenum lanthanum plate and service life has improved greatly. The surface of molybdenum lanthanum alloy plate we produce is smooth, no level, no lamination, no crack and no impurities.
The average nominal chemical composition in weight:
La: 0.5-0.7%
Mo: the balance
Compared with pure Mo, MLR has the following advantages:
1) better creep resistance
2) higher recrystallization temperature
3) better high-temperature strength
4) better welding properities
5) higher tensile strength
Specifications:

Width: 10mm to 600mm
Length: 3000mm max
Use area:
1) Sintering and heat treatment furnaces.
