Multiplexer consists of LNOI Mg doped lithium niobate crystal light, characterized in that it is in a
doped LiNbO3 integrated optical wave decomposing multiplexer and electro-optical switch array and form, light the demultiplexer composed of records in several local body in lithium niobate crystal holographic grating, optical switch array said by evaporation in lithium niobate crystal, under the surface of the electrode to form, they are on the crystal surface equidistantly arranged and respectively and the corresponding volume grating alignment.
