This is a custom-made special flange，used for pipeline of refrigerating system, use investment casting and CNC machining.
It's surface requirements are very strict, must ensure the cleanliness of the inner surface.
Investment casting services, also known as lost-wax casting, are a manufacturing process used to create complex and intricate metal components with high precision. Once the mold is ready, the wax or plastic pattern inside is melted or burned out, leaving a cavity that corresponds to the intended shape of the component. Molten metal is then poured into the cavity through the gating system. The metal fills the space, takes the shape of the mold, and solidifies.
