Product Description:
Mainly for the nonferrous metals industry, brass, copper, and copper, copper bar, bright annealed without
gas-oxidation, softening of the uniform for the digestion imported equipment, to replace imported products.
Structure description:
The shell is made by plate and section steel with sealing and welding, Lining is made by 0.6g/cm3, ultra-light and energy saving refractory. The home silicate fibers after lining increases the temperature and has a good insulating properties, .Thermal insulation expansive space is filled with insulation powder bulk material. Furnace bile uses 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate or carbon steel plate rolled into park-type. And it is double-sided welding used by the X-ray Inspection Room NDT pressure test. Lid-type insulation uses in water-cooled type, with the lid biliary furnace cooled using rubber ring vacuum sealed and can also be used asbestos rope sealed furnace and the furnace bile useds sand trough sealed lid located nitrogen intake pipe, the exhaust pipe, pressure gauge, vacuum exhaust pipe, accessory factory 2 X-type rotary-type vacuum pump, one Taiwan, Bright temperature Annealing furnace temperature control counters by matching Automatic Control, 35KW single-zone, 75KW and 90KW of 2, 150KW for the three districts temperature control.
