Detailed introduction:
The PLD800 mixing plant batching equipment uses sand or stone batching equipment loaded on the loader or belt conveyor. It can be used together with the cement silo and other equipment. This machine can effectively ensure the accuracy of the cement, sand, stones and other mix ratio, and the use of electronic weighing system, to further improve the accuracy of weighing. The top panel of the batching machine can be lowered or removed as needed, which can greatly reduce the labor intensity of the loading section and increase the convenience of construction. The weigh bucket capacity is 800L, the storage hopper has a capacity of 2 cubic meters, the productivity is 48 cubic meters per hour, and the dosing precision is ±2%; the maximum weighing value is 2000Kg; the type of ingredients is 2 or 3 types. PLD series concrete batching machine It can automatically complete the batching process of 3-6 kinds of materials such as sand, stone and cement according to the concrete proportion designed by the user.
This series of products is designed in accordance with the technical standards of the batching system in GB10172 "Concrete Mixing Plant Technical Conditions". This machine adopts electronic weighing, microcomputer control, digital display, remote control operation, with the advantages of accurate weighing, high precision of ingredients, fast speed, and strong control function. The operation is easy to press a key at a time.
This series of concrete batching machine and the corresponding concrete mixer can be combined to form a variety of different types, different specifications of the combined mixing plant, and the cost is only 1/2-1/3 of the same specifications concrete mixing plant, and mobile installation is very convenient.
