Pleated Filter Bags utilises pleat technology, fuse welded by a non-sticking reagent, made from multiple
polypropylene bags in multiple layers. Welding ensures that the multiple pleats of polypropylene are fused together internally, ensuring that it has a greater dirt-holding capacity and increases the flow rate and decreases pressure differential. Pleated Filter Bags use FDA-approved material that does not contain impurities and lubricant. It is capable of high-efficiency filtration and high-speed absorption of various oil particles.
Pleated Filter Bags can be widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, precision, electronics, alcohol, biofuel and water treatment.

Big surface area and density as well as gradient deep filtering structure make it have a long service life and an efficient filtering capacity;

Broad chemical compatibility makes it suitable for various filtration environments;
Plastic pressure-sensitive sealing ring with good sealing performance or economical but durable stainless steel or carbon steel ring is selectable according to customer’s actual operating environment;
