all steel welding structure:
1. The wallboard, worktable and tool holder body are stress relieved by secondary tempering process.
2. Welded steel parts using vibration to eliminate stress, having excellent rigidity and stability.
16mm 3200mm guillotine shear back gauge precision is within 0.2mm:
1. We can turn it up when the back stop material is back to the limit, convenient for cutting the ultra long metal steel plate material.
2. The shearing angle can be adjusted to reduce the distortion of sheet metal.
Hydraulic Cutter steel cutting blades clearance adjustment:
1. It is accurate, fast and convenient, and has the function of light alignment.
2. The upper tool rest adopts an inward inclined structure, which is convenient for blanking and improves the shearing accuracy.
3. You can cut in sections, set and display the number of cuts.
Sheet Metal Shear Electrical:
We use Schneider products for the main electrical products.
The worktable is Y-shaped structure:
When shearing, it has the function of self compensation.
