A 299 Grade A, A 299 Grade B
2. Specification:
Maximum Thickness:
A 204 Grade A, B : 200mm
Width: 1500mm to 4020mm
Length: 3000mm to 18000mm
3. Referenced Documents in producing steel.
A 20/a 20m
4. Heat Treatment
Plates 50 mm and under in thickness are normally supplied in the as-rolled condition
Plates over 50 mm in thickness shall be normalized.
The steel shall be killed
5. Chemical Composition and property.
A: Chemical detail of each grade see A 299/A 299M
B: Property in the following:
Tensile strength : min 515-690Mpa
Yield Strength : min 275-325Mpa
Elongation : 16-19%
6. Mechanical Requirements
Tension Test Requirements: The steel shall conform to the property requirements.
8. Application Fields: This specification covers manganese-silicon carbon steel plates for use in welded boilers and other pressure vessels.
9. Trade Terms: FOB, CFR, CIF, CNF.
10. Payment Terms: T/T, 100% Irrevocable at sight L/C
11. Delivery Time: 30-35days
12. Services of Steel: Cutting, Welding, Painting, Ball blast and others processing according to customers requirement.
