Product Description:

Allowable deviation: -0.125mm～ -0.14mm
Product shape: Straight or coiled
Feature:
Low density, High specific strength, Excellent corrosive resistance, Rustless Good thermal stability, Good thermal conductivity, Biological features, plasticity, etc.
Applications:
Titanium wires are mainly applied in the industries of military, medical treatment, sports, glasses, earrings, headwears, electroplating hangers and welding wires and so on.
State supplied: Annealed state (M), hot processing state (R) and cold processing state (Y) (annealing and ultrasonic flaw detection)
Packing: Air bubble film plus carton or wooden case
Chemical Component:(Nominal %)
Surface treatment: The surface is washed by using acid liquid and has smooth finish.
Surface quality: The surface has high accuracy and is clean and smooth. No oxidized color, cracks, peelings, burrs, spots or inclusions. Slight and local scratches, abrasions, spots and pits are allowed, but without exceeding acceptable tolerance of titanium wire’s diameter.
Physical properties: Better elongation and strength. No deformation after cold bending. No cracks after flattening and flaring. Wires with the diameter of over 3mm have no discontinuity, pores, laminations, cracks, and metal or non-metal impurities.
Test: Tensile strength test, macroscopic inspection, hardness test and test on chemical ingredients.
Technical requirements :
The ingots used for making wires should be smelted by the vacuum consumable electro-arc furnace for at least three times.
Production technology:
Titanium ingot – cogging – rolling – drawing – vacuum annealing – removing oxidized skin – physical and chemical tests – rating – finished product – warehousing.
Quality control during production process:
We use domestic first-class rolling mill, drawbench and production process controlled by high-accuracy tolerance, so the products’ dimensional tolerance and ellipticity tolerance are controlled at a high level. Initial, in-process and final inspections are carried out to ensure product quality.
Material selection:
0A-grade, 0-grade and 1-grade sponge titanium produced by the largest sponge titanium manufacturer in China.
Test on physical and chemical properties can ensure that each batch of goods meet quality standards. Each titanium wire is tested and inspected within allowable dimensional tolerance.
Surface cleanliness:
We adopt automatic cleaning machine and rotary brush to clean the surface and then rinse the surface under high pressure. This kind of new technology to produce titanium parts could effectively remove all impurities attached to the surface of processed parts, which makes external and internal surfaces of titanium parts incredibly clean.
