PVC soft sheet (polyvinyl chloride soft sheet) is a plastic sheet made from polyvinyl chloride resin
as the base material, with a large amount of plasticizers added. It is produced through heat pressing extrusion or calendering processes. Its core features include high elasticity, flexibility, light weight, wear resistance, and it retains the corrosion resistance, insulation, and easy processing properties of PVC materials. It is suitable for scenarios that require flexibility, cushioning, or adhesion, and is a functional polymer material between hard PVC sheets and rubber materials.

1.High flexibility and bendability
•By adding plasticizers (with the addition amount usually accounting for 15% to 30%), the molecular chains of PVC are softened, making it possess excellent flexibility and resilience. It can be easily bent, folded or adhered to irregular surfaces without cracking or breaking.
•The minimum bending radius is small, making it suitable for scenarios that require dynamic deformation or long-term bending.
2.Excellent wear resistance and scratch resistance
•The surface has been treated for smoothness or filled with wear-resistant materials, resulting in medium to high wear resistance. It is unlikely to fray or deteriorate under long-term friction.
•Flexibility endows it with the ability to resist impact and cushion, reducing the damage to the underlying structure caused by external forces.
3.Corrosion resistance and chemical resistance
•It has good tolerance to acidic, alkaline and salt solutions as well as some organic solvents, and is suitable for mild corrosive environments such as those in the chemical industry and laboratories.
•The chemical inertness of the plasticizer further enhances the resistance to medium penetration.

•Flexible structures can effectively prevent vibration and noise.

•It supports processing methods such as hot melt welding, glue bonding, cutting, and stamping, and can be made into special-shaped parts or combined with other materials.
•The surface is smooth and free of pores (some models can be embossed). It is easy to clean and suitable for frequent contact scenarios.

•The density is approximately 1.1 to 1.4 g/cm³, which makes it lightweight and reduces the costs of installation and transportation.
