Structure feature:
The machine adopts the START Numerical Control System of America, which can set
up two-dimension processing program according to different profiles. The machine can setup and store more than 100 sets of processing programs. The tray-milling cutter can mill the external corner of PVC win-door along the two-dimension track according to the setted program. With the upper and the lower vertical cutters, the machine can clean the grooves of airproof bar and the unwanted welding tumor on the internal and the external flat seam simultaneously or separately. And at the same time, it can clean the upper and the lower flat welding seam with the upper and the lower vertical cutters. Furthermore, it can key the needed number and amend the processing program according to the spot situation, so welding seam with error can be cleaned up efficiently. The machine has the character such as convenient adjustment, high automation etc.

The machine is mainly used for cleaning the welding seam of corner welding. It is one machine of mechanical electrical integration for PVC win-door, which centralizes pneumatic drive, machinery and numerical control technology together, and has multi-function such as vertical milling, saw milling and broaching and so on . It is with high automation, good processing quality and easy operation and adjustment etc. It is the ideal machine for batch production of various PVC win-doors.
