1. Dual Application Scenarios
Table-mounted mode: Ideal for fixed-machine tables needing ultra-precision.
Pallet-mounted/lifting mode: Combine with pallet lifting function for vertical indexing or integrated automation cells.
2. Self-Cleaning & Airtight Positioning Datum
The smart datum design features retractable seals and internal channels that purge particles when unclamped, then seal airtight when engaged.
3. Force-Spray Cleaning Spigot Connector
Unique spigot connectors include integrated force-spray ports, enabling automatic flushing of chips/debris prior to clamping—extending maintenance cycles and supporting fully automated fixture swaps.
4. Integrated Pallet Lifting Function
A built-in lifting mechanism supports vertical offsetting and ±5 mm fine adjustment to match automation load heights. Efficiently synchronizes with dual-station quick change tables or robotics-enabled cells.
