Raymond grinding equipment is applicable to the grinding and processing of more than 280 kinds of non-flammable and non-explosive materials with hardness less than 7 and humidity less than 6% in mining, construction, chemical industry and metallurgy, such as barite, calcite, feldspar, talcum, marble, limestone, clay, glass. The fineness of the finished product can be adjusted from 100 mesh to 325 mesh according to requirements.
Technical features of Raymond grinding equipment
1. High-efficiency: the full use of the jet-flow and optimized impeller structure can greatly improve the crushing and grading efficiency, thus greatly improving the production.
2. High grading degree: with the frequency conversion and grading adjustment technology, the Raymond grinding equipment have stable and complete grading system and the special sealing measure, which can efficiently prevent the leaking of the fine particles .And the particle size can reach 500—6000monyh and the thinnest can reach 12000monyh.
3. Low wearing: the crushing wearing parts and the impeller of the Raymond grinding equipment mainly adopts German technology. And with the optimized design of the inner cavity structure and anti-abrasion and allergy materials, the Raymond grinding equipment has made the lowest wearing parts and the highest purity.
Maintenance of Raymond grinding equipment:
1. During the application of our Raymond grinding equipment, some personnel shall be arranged to take responsibility of management from beginning to end. The operators must be qualified with the required technical knowledge of operating grinding mills. Before the installation of this grinding mill, the persons related to the operation should receive technical training and fully understand the operating principle, performance and regulations of the Raymond grinding equipment.
2. In order to guarantee the Raymond grinding equipment in a normal working state, a safety operation system for the Maintenance of the equipment must be established. Only in this way can the Raymond grinding equipment be guaranteed to have a long-term and safe operation. Meanwhile, it is necessary to have the required repairing tools, lubricant and grease, spare parts and accessories during the operation.
3. After some period of running, the Raymond grinding equipment should receive an examination and repairing. The components vulnerable to worn out, such as grinding roller, grinding ring, relieving tool etc. should be repaired or replaced. Before and after the operation, a careful examination should be carried out for the connecting screws, bolts and nuts on the grinding rollers so as to find whether they are loose or sufficiently lubricated.
4. When their application time surpassing about 500 hours, all the rolling bearings in the roller sleeves of Raymond grinding equipment must be cleaned, and the damaged parts should be replaced. The oiling tool can be either a manual oiling pump or grease gun.
