It is used for screening rejects in the screening stage of waste paper pulp.
Design features:
It
adopts oar-shaped vanes which are declined along its axis and three circles of vanes are interlacedly arranged.
By discharging rejects periodically, the reject screen washes the fine fiber out from coarse rejects through the diluted washing water. The fine fiber is sent back into the inlet pulp at the second stage of screening. Coarse impurities discharged from the rejects screen enable the loss of fiber to be reduced to a minimum level. And then coarse impurities are abandoned.
