Product use:
Resilient seated gate valve, Except possesses the advantages of seal gate valves of the elastic base seat, and can be more intuitive valve opening, the opening and closing fast and reliable, reason often used fire and industrial system. Generally installed on higher position off the ground.
Product structure features:
The whole package plastic valve core
Ductile iron skeleton inside and outside the high-performance rubber and vulcanized with the latest technology is adopted to improve the overall coating, laminating tightly solid, geometric size accurate, sealing good elasticity, complete isolation valve core metal and fluid, corrosion resistance.
One-piece copper nut
Valve core of the copper nut and ductile iron skeleton, using special technology closely connected as a whole, to ensure the long-term operation and it will not loosen under running water, avoid to cause the valve control failure.
Flat type seat
The company seal gate valves with straight through whole basin at the bottom of the design of the elastic base seat, equivalent to pipeline, not easy to pile up sundry, ensure reliable sealing and fluid unimpeded.
Since the seal bonnet
Between the valve cover and the body using the sealing structure is designed, in the range of the allowable pressure fluid pressure is higher, sealing the closer.
The special seal
