RGB hose pump or peristaltic pump:
RGB
Industries hose pump is called as peristaltic pump. The peristaltic pump is suitable to handle various fluids with impurity, high viscosity, high density fluids and the fluids with equal liquid and solid.
RGB peristaltic pump without mechanical seal and can reverse. The pump has strong self suction ability (maximum suction height:8m) and self cleaning characteristics with simple structure and easy maintenance, no leakage and no pollution etc. The pumped fluids containing impurity is only contacted with the hose. The impurity or fiber etc diameter into the fluids is less than 1/4 pump pipe diameter. The pump has simple operation, less power consumption, high efficiency with good metering capacity. So RGB peristaltic pump can also be used as a metering pump
Working principle:
A pair of pressure rollers rotates along a special rubber tube. By flattening the rubber tube and under the force of the tube's own elasticity and the side guide roller, the fluid is sucked into the tube through the high vacuum generated by the pipe's restitution. Then, the fluid is expelled from the tube under the mechanical extrusion of the pressure roller.
Hose pump or peristaltic pump application:
1.Chemical industry acid, alkali, phosphate slurry and titanium dioxide and other inorganic salt slurry Delivery;
2.All kinds of drug liquid delivery in Pharmaceutical industry, 3.Oils (excluding solvents) and beverages etc delivery in the food industry ;
4. Various ore slurry transport in Mining, metallurgy and raw material industries
5.Various paper pulp, sulfur pulp etc transport;
6.Water treatment industry, such as silt slurry, lime slurry transport;
7.Construction and building materials industry, such as concrete, cement mortar, ceramic glaze slurry transport;
8.Transportation of drilling mud, etc., in the petroleum industry;
9.Other industries, such as nuclear waste, electrolytic waste residue, metal slag liquid, mercury, paint, adhesion, Mixture, glue, latex, all kinds of abrasives, fire-resistant fiber slurry and other sealing requirements of high viscosity, particle content of the fluid transport;
10. Can replace reciprocating pump, diaphragm pump and screw pump in rubber corrosion resistant occasions;
11. Can be used as metering pump.
