1.With this system, the machine can automatic loads up the permeate tube into its correct welding position. And the system will automatically check if the core pipe is placed in the right side or not? If not, it is able to recognize, and remove the wrong piece into a collection bin for next reuse.
2.The glue dispenser uses air expanding shaft to control and fit the permeate collection membrane into the right tension, so to avoid skidding.
3.To keep up with element rolling quality, this automated spray assembly line also equips with magnetic brake control system, so to avoid wrinkling and keep folding process steady.
4.The ultrasonic system is also able to recognize the core pipe's collection holes in the permeate tube and avoid direct welding on the holes. This ultrasonic can weld in high speed, seal edges evenly, and cause no pollute.

The adhesive potting machine equips with high precision robotic dispensing valve.
