MTC Roofing Sheet Roll Forming Machine:
We supply and manufacture Trapez Roll formers for small to large-scale
production volumes. The main differences are in the machine construction and in the production speed.
By combining all types of additional equipment from our wide range the whole production process for machine constructions can be made as efficient and automated as possible. A reliable and powerful Decoiler is an essential part of fluent operation. Our Decoilers are available in 5 to 10 ton coils to meet your exact requirements. An automated Stacker can be equipped with either a belt conveyor or a motorized roller line. When the roll former is equipped with a pre-cutter there is no waste left while changing the coil.
Wide Range of Uncoilers is offered to meet specific needs Hydraulic or Manually expandable Mandrel. Single or Twin Head (Duplex) Type. Motorized or Non-Driven Uncoiler are available.
All of our machinery meets safety requirements. Parts used in our control units are universal and can be easily found worldwide.
The process is quite cost effective for large production runs, although sometimes roll-forming is utilized regardless of quantity, when dimensional consistency is of tantamount importance.
We design Tailor made Roll Former for specific need like Hydraulic Lifted single stage Roll Former for Transformer Radiator Plate. Sliding Base type Roll Former for Just in time size change over.

The unique machinery designs have varies widths and heights product that could be simply production by computer control, to input the parameters instead of any tools change over. The line is available to set up groups of pattern punching units to deal with pattern holes in line automatically.
The type of machinery is designed to roll form both edges of sheet panel, main machine with one side fixed and one side adjustable to suit for various widths of sheet panel.
Extensively use in the productions of office furniture, steel shelving system, cold storage panels and many industries applications.
The frame in our economical trapez roll former is solid and the shafts are attached to the frame. This enables you to roll form raw materials to thicknesses of between 0.45 0.6 mm. Production speed varies from 15 to 20 metres per minute.
A user friendly control unit is provided with an LED-monitor and the necessary electrical components for manual and automatic line operation. This unit controls the operation of the roll forming machine and the cutter. Up to 8 different lengths and 999 pieces per length can be programmed.
Heavy-duty machinery In our heavy-duty machinery the shafts are attached to adjustable bearing blocks which enables you to roll form raw material up to a thickness of 0.9 mm.
An efficient production speed of 40 metres per minute guarantees maximum output.
An advanced Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) control unit is provided with an LCD-monitor and the necessary electrical components for manual and automatic line operation. This unit controls the operation of the roll forming machine, cutter and stacker. Upto 10 different lengths and 1000 pieces can be programmed.
Slitting Line are made in both versions.

Complete setup of Slitting Line is offered including Coil Car, Uncoiler, Slitter, Scrap Winder, Felt Tension Pres, Recoiler. Turn Table.
Slit Cutters are made of HCHCr steel hardened 8 ground to close tolerance for Burr free cutting & longer life. Special designed PTFE coated spacers are provided to set Cutters to any width.
