1 Overview:
This instrument
is used to evaluate the electrostatic characteristics of fabrics or yarns and other materials charged in the form of friction. The instrument host is composed of a friction device and a probe detector. Use the given standard abrasive to rub the fabric to induce static electricity. In this way, the magnitude of the electrostatic voltage, the half-life of the electrostatic voltage attenuation, and the amount of electrostatic residual are detected to show the electrostatic performance of the tested fabric.
The instrument uses a large-screen LCD display, which directly displays the instantaneous voltage peak value and half-life value of the charged fabric, automatically breaks away from friction, and automatically shuts off the motor, which is convenient to operate. Can be connected to a printer to print test data.
Applicable standards: FZ/T01061, GB/T l2703.5, JISL1094, etc.
2. Main technical indicators
Power supply voltage AC220V, 50Hz
The measuring range of electrostatic voltage value is 0～10KV
The decay time range is 0～9999.9 seconds, the error is ±0.1 second
The friction line speed is about 400r/min (the friction line speed is about 225±10m/min)
The tension applied by friction is 500cN
Adjustable discharge time from 0 to 9999.9 seconds
The measuring distance between the test probe and the sample is l5±1mm
Sample size: four pieces of 40mm×80mm; abrasive size: one piece of 200mm×25mm. Three groups each.
This instrument has been tested and calibrated before leaving the factory.
