flange, pressure vessels, high-speed joint face, such as high temperature and high pressure valve cover gasket sealed metal.In particular pressure, temperature fluctuations Of the occasion, Ring joint gaskets can still maintain good seal.
R-type over ring joint gaskets are commonly divided into an oval or octagona type.R-ring gaskets are manufactured as API 6A and ASME B16.20-standard. The maximum pressure of Ring joint gaskets is up to 10000 PSI.In the flange of trapezoidal slot, octagona ring joint gaskets and ring joint gaskets are interchangeable. RX-type ring joint gaskets are applied to enhance the capability of R-ring gasket. BX-type ring joint gaskets are applied to 15000 PSI pressure system. There are many materials and apply to different forms of design and operational requirements, reference material characteristics table.
Note: The material should be 15 ~ 20 HB lower than the hardness of flange surface.We have BX ring joint gasket, RX ring joint gasket, ASME ring joint gasket, oval ring joint gasket, octagonal ring joint gasket, ect.We can produce according to many kind of standard.Such as JIS ring joint gasket, ASME ring joint gasket, GB ring joint gasket, ect.
