S-Type Hydrapulper
Application:
This machine is mainly used for continuous or
intermittent pulping
of OCC waste paper material and intermittent defibering of market pulp board. Light and heavy impurities can be effectively removed when it is used in conjunction with impurity separator, drum screen, ragger, grab bucket, etc.
Features:
1.It uses S type suction rotor, which has small diameter and resistance. Power consumption can be saved by 15-20%.
2.It uses trough with same volume and small diameter. It can reduce waste paper circulation path and increase pulping capacity.
3.The pulp chamber uses inclined design, which increases pulp flow speed and throughput.
4.Rotor and trough uses building block design, the same rotor and trough, replace the motor, increase the production.
5.Wide range of pulp consistency: 4-8%.
6.With PLC automatic control, the removal effect will be better when it is used in conjunction with hydrapulper, drum screen, ragger, grab bucket, etc. The cleanness and capacity will be improved.
