3 Single Head Uncoiler: 3.5 Ton
4. Roll forming speed: 6--10m/min
5. Rolling accuracy: less than +/-1mm (in 5m)
6. Roller stations: 20-26 steps
7. Roller diameter: 132mm
8. Material of rollers: GCr15, quenched, . HRC 58~62
9. Material of shafts: good 45# steel
10. Material of mould cutter: Cr12
11. PLC control system from Japan
12. Length control system: servo motor from Taiwan, accuracy +/-0.5mm
13. Power of decelerator motor: 15kW, 380V, 50Hz, transducer from Japan

II Buildup of the line:
This forming line is mainly comprised of mechanical decoiler, leveling device, hydraulic puncher, forming unit, hydraulic mould cutter, gimbal driving system, PLC control system, hydraulic station, unload rack
1.A set of 3 working position hole-punching machines is equipped, adopted 3 hydraulic presses, width adjustable.
2.Hinge hole-punching machine is composed by the hydraulic press support, 3 sets of hydraulic press, 3 sets of hinge hole-punching modular, machine support, etc. The middle one is fixed while the others on both sides are changeable by screw, up to the required length of door frame. On hole-punching, 3 sets of hydraulic presses work simultaneously, to punch out 3 hinge hole.
3.Max. center distance between both sides of hydraulic press is 2000 mm.
4 hydraulic pump stands is equipped, controlling 4 cylinders, which function with keyhole hydraulic punch.
