Product Name:SBR-Latex
Application
It is a type of copolymer milk white water dispersoid rustered with
royal purple which produced by latex polymerization of butadiene, styrene and other assistant preparation. The product with a large ability combined with styrene, has strong adhesive and conjunctiva intensity; and excellence in mechanism, chemical stability, liquidity and storage. It belongs to an environment protection product with small monomer of remnant styrene. It was used in below industries:
1.Cement SBR Latex & Asphalt SBR Latex It is a type of polymer water decentralization which has good chemical and mechanical stability. This type of latex can dissolve easily in cement serosity to enhance the anti-impact intensity and lower the absorbent and dry shrinkage rate of the products, so as to enhance the cement durability, wearability, oil and corrosion resistance.it is main used in road paving, asphalt, civil structure, waterproof industry, corrosion resistance and reinforce the wall of oil and natural gas well., as well as in the closing layer of the mouth of a well.
2.Carpet SBR Latex It is used for the middle and upscale tufted carpet, needle-punched carpet and handmade carpet's backing adhesive material, which makes soft, noncracked and good elasticity. It has strong adhesive and conjunctiva intensity; and excellence in mechanism, chemical stability, liquidity and storage. It belongs to an environment protection product with small monomer of remnant styrene.
3. Artificial Turf SBR Latex all kinds of material such as PP, PE football grass, grass and other man-made lawn back coating glue is used.
4. Paper Making SBR Latex
Application: Coated Paper, Copper printing paper, Sealing Paper
Package, Storage & Transportation
The package and storage for latex is in galvanized metal pail or plastic barrels. Users can pick up goods in clean buckets or in tank transportation by cart. This product needs to be sealed in clear and cool place and away from sunning and frostbite. 5℃－30℃ is the best temperature for transportation, and the storage period should be better around 6 months since the date of production, once more than six months, it can still be used under detection of eligible. 200kg/plastic barrel.
Attention
5℃－30℃ is the appropriate storage temperature; Once that was less than 5℃ degree centigrade, need to take heat preservation. Additionally, avoid long-term parking or the latex can be frosted.
