of BHW35, produces according to standard applied by Thysen company, intended particularly for manufacturing of boiler, pressure vessel and components ranging from 16mm to 150mm thickness and building of boiler drum, pressure vessel, waveform pipe and components working at 400℃ below.

1.Thickness*width*length:16-150mm*1500-3900mm*3000-18000mm
2.Adopting standards: BHW35-87
3.Dimensin, shape, weight and allowable deviation according to standards: EN10029 C
4.Supplied in the as-rolled condition: AR, AR+temper, normalized+temper
5.Mechanical property:
Yield strength>=390MPa, Tensile strength:570-740MPa, Elongation rate≥18%, Impact value≥31J(0℃), 310℃≥343MPa
6.Chemical composition:
C≤0.15, P≤0.025, S≤0.025, Mo 0.20-0.40
7.Ultrasonic test: ASTM435/A435M-90 or EN10160-1999
8.Delivery time:30-60 days
