Specifications following:
1.Thickness*width*length:16-150mm*1500-3900mm*3000-18000mm
2.Adopting standards: WYJ022-2005
3.Dimensin, shape, weight and allowable deviation according to standards:
Dimensin, shape according to EN10029;
Thickness according to EN10029-B;
Flatness tolerance according to EN10029-B;
Flatness by N-level.
4.Supplied in the as-rolled condition:
890～950℃-normalized+620～680℃-tempered+S7
5.Mechanical property:
Yield strength:T≤50≥400MPa, T＞50～≤100T≥390MPa;
Tensile strength:570-740MPa;
Elongation rate: >=18%, Akv（J）20℃≥39; 350℃Rp0.2MPa≥324, Rm≥510MPa.
6.Chemical composition:C≤0.15, P≤0.020, S≤0.010, Mo 0.20-0.40
7.Ultrasonic test: ASTM435/A435M-90 or EN10160-1999
8.Delivery time:30-60 days
