Product Description:
Floating Seal (Seal groups) used in roller of many kinds of engineering machineries, such as excavator,
bulldozer, mining driving machinery, generator sets, oil extraction machinery, cement mixer, construction machinery and sea borne machinery.
Our products are made of high alloy steel. The rough cast, through hot forming, is of high strength, grind the uneven edge. the metal structure is improved through repeated heat treatment, thus the product wears well and the precision is achieved.
1. The features of our floating seals as follow:
1) Material: 15% Cr 3% Mo cast iron
2) hrc: 65-72
3) Out Diameter: 50-865mm
4) Life: over 4500 hours
5) Working face precision: less than 0.015um
6) Flatness: 0.1um-0.2 um;
7) Pressure: 1.0-1.7MPa/cm2 (max.)
8) Temperature range: -20-90 Degree
9) Circumferential speed: 3m/ sec (max).
10) Character: high hardness, wear resisting, anti dirty ability, corrosion resistant.
2. Adapt to the brand
1) Japan bulldozer (KOMATSU): D50, D60, D80, D85, D155, D355; American bulldozer (CATERPILLAR): D58, D60, D7G, D8K, D9L, D10H;
