Product Description:
This sigma channel roll forming machine was built for one of our domestic clients that will produce and
sell the sigma channels or sigma sections to African markets. The sigma channels or sections would be used as guardrail posts, roof beams of the steel frame buildings, and other steel construction materals etc.
Transmitted by the chain-brackets, this sigma section roll forming machine would be capable of handle with the material up to 3mm thickness from 1.6mm thickness, and sometimes 4mm thickness sigma channel sections will be used, and gear-box transmission would be used for the sigma profile roll forming machine. With PLC control system, this roll forming machine will work fully automatically like roll forming, measuring the lengths & quantities and cutting the final products according to request.
