Under the condition of the same thickness of the heat insulating material, the temperature of the outer wall of the ladle using the nano aerogel felt is 100-130 lower than that of the outer wall of the ladle using the traditional heat insulating board, which effectively reduces the thermal deformation of the ladle shell. .
2. Under the condition that the outer wall temperature of the ladle is the same, the 20mm thick nano-aerogel felt can replace the traditional heat insulation board of 30mm thickness to realize the expansion of the ladle.
3. Using nano-aerogel felt, the molten steel in the ladle is cooled slowly, which is conducive to the stability of the molten steel temperature.
4. It has good chemical stability, and it does not decompose, degrade, and not powder.
