SP Single Screw Press
Application:
SP series single screw press is mainly used to wash and thicken
pulp in washing and thickening section of paper industry, to make it suitable for the following heat dispersion device or high consistency refiner and to collect black liquor. Also it can be used in the latter section of chemical or semichemical pulping to thicken slurry for sale.
Features:
1.It has long spiral, big compression ratio, high outlet consistency. It has small change of adjacent compression ratio, soft press, small power configuration, less electricity consumption.
2.It uses frequency conversion control. Back pressure device is equipped in the outlet latter section. The dryness and yield of outlet pulp is adjustable.
3.It is suitable for the pulp with inlet consistency of 5%-20%.
4.It is suitable for wide range of pulp, such as waste paper pulp, chemical pulp, chemi-mechanical pulp.
5.It is suitable for wide range of output. Single machine handling capacity can reach 50-1000t/d.
