Stainless steel grating, also known as stainless steel bar grating or SS grating, is a load-bearing metallic grid manufactured via electrical resistance welding, press-locking, or swage-locking of stainless steel bearing bars and cross bars. 2. Load-bearing capacity: Depending on the model and specifications, the stainless steel grating can withstand different loads from light pedestrian traffic to heavy vehicles. The load-bearing range is wide, ranging from tens of kilograms to several tons per square meter. The specific parameters are customized according to your choice.
3. Surface treatment: The stainless steel grating becomes matte grayish white after pickling and passivation treatment, while electrolytic polishing makes the surface bright and smooth . The surface can be painted or sprayed with plastic to make the color richer.
4. Crossbar spacing: Reasonable crossbar spacing design, such as 50mm and 100mm, can not only ensure the stability of the structure, but also effectively prevent objects from falling.
