Product Description:
FUNCTION & FEATURE
TFKH-1500 is one of Qiaopai's patented products with independent intellectual
property. It’s the newest model.
Improvements on the basis of TFKH1500 Vertical and Horizontal are as follows:
1. Sieve width for removing shells:
TFKH-1500: 1.25M, and both TFKH1500 Vertical & horizontal: 1.0m.
2. Diameter of each individual dehuller:
TFKH-1500: 700mm, and both TFKH1500 Vertical & horizontal: 600mm.
3. Back-flowing materials device/system:
TFKH-1500 with double pipelines on both side of sieves, and both TFKH1500 Vertical & Horizontal with the pipeline on one side
on one side only.
4. Width of sieves for reseparators
TFKH-1500: 1.5M, and both TFKH1500 Vertical & Horizontal: 1.25M.
Therefore, TFKH-1500 features compact structure, minimum space occupation, bigger capacity than TFKH1500
both Vertical & Horizontal’s.
Components
It consists of input hopper, spiral elevator, multifunctional cleaner, bucket elevator, dehullers with diameter of
700mm for each dehuller(4sets), combined separator (including 2 sets of separating screen of 1.5m wide), Reseparator No.1(with 1.5m wide screen), Reseparator No.2(also with 1.5m wide screen), back-flowing materials device/system, kernels bin and electric control cabinet.

Input capacity: 1.0-1.2t/hour (with sunflower seeds is above 3.2mm);
% of the whole kernel: 90% min.(Broken kernel is less than 1/2 of the whole kernel)
% of un-hulled seeds in kernels: 5% max.
