Product Description:
We supply every type of electric power transmission steel angle tower mast. The Lattice tower can be
made out of steel profiles that are put together to form a lattice. Our lattice tower is very strong and we manufacture them with complicated technology. The towers are formulated to house a variety of accessories which include platforms, ladder ear, step bolts, safety cage and so on. Our latticed tower can be used not only in the fields such as power transmission line tower, but also in the fields of telecommunication tower, broadcasting tower, watching tower, microwave tower, mapping tower, communication tower, crossing-river tower and other applications.
Place of Origin: Qingdao, Shandong, China.
Availability size: Based on the customer’s requirements.
Material: All the steel are used the noted Chinese steel plant products or based on the customer's specific requirements or product them according to our Chinese national standard.
Fabrication: Based on the customer's requirements, local conditions, and other technical data agreed by both parties.
Product specifications:
Our angular steel tower must be produced according to the customer's drawings and other detailed requirements.
Color: Silver white or Based on the customer’s requirements.
Package: wrapped with felt cloth or rubber mat and fix them by iron wire in case of collision or bump
Terms of Payment: L/C, T/T

Performance Standard
Besides conforms to the drawing and design, the materials and fabrication of tower components shall conform to the following standards (Chinese Standards).
Welded requirements:
1 we used CO2 welding and submerged arc auto welding or other methods.
2 Welded seam shall be full penetration and grinded.
3 The welded product has no fissure, scar, overlap, layer or other defects.
Galvanization:
All components are dip-hot galvanized with uniform.
Certification:
We also supply Factory accept test, Warranty certification, Certificate of product quality
Certification of Quality Management System
Our all products are in conformity with GB/T19001-2000idt ISO9001:2000.
